Those words, coined by my mentor, former President Obama, kick started a power grab that was unchallenged until January 20, 2025. The media stood on the sidelines and cheered the avalanche of Executive Orders with nary an eyebrow raised until the Supreme Court blocked President Biden’s forgiveness of $400 billion of student loans. How dare they block a Presidential order.

Well, OK. Ole’ Joe was “napping” when I forgave those loans, but it was a good plan to get out the vote in the 2022 midterms. Who doesn’t want their loans forgiven?
